All orders received by Trax Unlimited will be confirmed via e-mail or phone call at your request. Our Order Department is open M-F 8AM-6PM and Sat. 8AM-3PM EDT. Please feel free to call us with any questions or comments you may have.
Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours whenever possible. You will be notified by e-mail if an item is unavailable and then again when your order has been shipped. No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.
Major Credit Cards Accepted
We accept American Express, VISA, and Master Card. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact within 72 hours, the order will be deleted.
Returns
Trax Unlimited offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free. Just call our Customer Service Department at (208) 429-8699 for an authorization number. Products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded. Sales Tax
It is the policy of Trax Unlimited to charge applicable sales tax to all items delivered to Idaho addresses. Trax Unlimited is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.
